Season I · Workshops October 2026 – February 2027

Living Well with ADHD Playbook

Eight workshops. Eight support labs. One playbook — yours, written a section at a time, by the person who has to live in it.

8 workshops · 90 minutes each Support lab after every workshop Recordings included Small rooms · 12–18

Founding rate closes 48 hours after your Got ADHD, Now What? session.

Start here

You are not broken, and you are not behind.

You have probably asked yourself some version of this: why does daily life feel harder for me than it looks for everyone else? Or the one that stings more — I know what to do, so why can't I just do it consistently?

Here is the honest answer. Information was never your problem. You have read the books, saved the videos, downloaded the planner. What you have been missing is the other half: practice, and someone expecting you on a particular Tuesday.

That is what a season is for. Not one more workshop you attend and forget, but eight months of returning to the same room, with the same people, building one thing.

How the season moves

Four pillars, eight workshops, and a lab after every one

Each pillar holds two workshops. The season opens by alternating inward and outward work, then commits — two sessions on mindset, then two on doing. Every workshop is followed by a Support Lab.

Inner Momentum

Understanding, self-care, emotion, self-talk. The work that changes how you see yourself — and makes every strategy afterward land differently.

Outer Momentum

Strengths applied, executive function, habits, finishing. The work that changes what actually happens in your week.

Support Lab

Ninety minutes to apply it, ask the messy question, and catch up if you missed the live session. This is where knowing turns into doing.

Teach, then practice, then coach. It is the structure behind everything we run, and the reason people finish our programs instead of drifting out of them.
The season

Eight workshops, and what you walk out with

Pillar One

Know Yourself

Understanding ADHD, and understanding the specific version of it you are living with.

Workshop 1
Inner Momentum October · Week 1

ADHD and Self Awareness: Neurodivergent Brain Foundations

  • What is actually happening in an ADHD brain, in language plain enough to use with your family
  • The iceberg — why people judge the part they can see, and what is really underneath it
  • Your own version of ADHD, named specifically enough that you can design around it
Workshop 2
Outer Momentum October · Week 3

Strengths Inspired Approaches for a Life Well Lived with ADHD

  • The traits that come from the same wiring as the challenges, and how to spot yours
  • How to build a workaround out of a strength instead of grinding at a weakness
  • Where your strengths help, and where they quietly get in your way
Support Lab October · Week 4

Added support for live attendees, and the chance to catch up if you missed one. Bring the messy question.

Placeholder — replace with a real member quote
“I thought I was lazy for thirty years. Understanding my ADHD changed how I saw all of it.”

Pillar Two

Build Your Foundation

The brain care and executive function skills that make every strategy afterward actually work.

Workshop 3
Inner Momentum November · Week 1

Self-Care Mastery: Boost Cognitive Capacity and Energy

  • Why sleep is the highest-leverage change most people never actually make
  • Movement, food and stress as inputs to focus — not as things to feel virtuous about
  • One rhythm you can hold, instead of a routine you will abandon by week three
Workshop 4
Outer Momentum November · Week 3

Executive Function: Bridge and Build To Lessen Mishaps

  • The twelve executive functions from Dawson and Guare — and which are genuinely yours
  • Why building one skill quietly moves several others at the same time
  • What to externalize right now, and what is worth strengthening over time
Support Lab November · Week 4

Added support for live attendees, and the chance to catch up if you missed one. Bring the messy question.

Placeholder — replace with a real member quote
“I kept trying to get organized and nothing stuck. Fixing my sleep first was what finally made it work.”
Living Well with ADHD member
Pillar Three

Mindset Mastery

Two sessions on the inside work — your emotions, and the commentary running underneath them.

Workshop 5
Inner Momentum December · Week 1

Emotional Regulation and Mindfulness

  • What happens when the emotional brain overrides the thinking brain, and how to catch it earlier
  • Your own pattern — fight, flight, freeze or fawn — named and prepared for in advance
  • Practices short enough that you will actually use them in the moment
Workshop 6
Inner Momentum January · Week 1

Power of Positivity (Self Talk & Limiting Beliefs)

  • Where the running commentary came from, and why it is a conclusion rather than evidence
  • The shift from fixed language to growth language, starting with the word yet
  • Replacing self-criticism with something that actually improves what happens next
Support Labs December · Week 2 · January · Week 2

Added support for live attendees, and the chance to catch up if you missed one. Bring the messy question.

Bonus Momentum Office Hours Goal Setting for 2027

An Outer Momentum session — turning everything from the first half of the season into goals you will actually keep.

Full Season Pass · or one bonus with a Half Season
Placeholder — replace with a real member quote
“The way I talk to myself after a bad day is completely different now.”
Living Well with ADHD member
Pillar Four

Design Your Success

Two sessions on the outside work — building what you will actually do, and finishing it.

Workshop 7
Outer Momentum February · Week 1

Strategies and Habit Building: For Value Driven Goals and Action Taking

  • Starting from what you actually value, rather than what you think you should be doing
  • Tiny habits — why one small enough to be impossible to fail is the one that lasts
  • Designing your environment so the right thing becomes the easy thing
Workshop 8
Outer Momentum February · Week 3

Get It Done: Overcoming Productivity Saboteurs

  • Naming your own saboteurs — perfectionism, avoidance, the last-minute adrenaline rush
  • What to do in the first ninety seconds of a task you have been dreading
  • Finishing, and momentum that survives a bad week instead of collapsing with it
Support Lab February · Week 4

Added support for live attendees, and the chance to catch up if you missed one. Bring the messy question.

Bonus Momentum Office Hours Exploring the Shifts You Need for 2027

An Inner Momentum session — looking honestly at what needs to change, and what you are ready to change.

Full Season Pass · or one bonus with a Half Season
Placeholder — replace with a real member quote
“I had tried every planner there is. What worked was building something around how I actually operate.”

Claim my Founding Pass

That is roughly $42 a session across the thirteen live sessions in the season. Payment plans available — three payments of $189.

The founding rate is for people who attended a Got ADHD, Now What? workshop, and it closes 48 hours after your session. Season I is capped at 12–18 so we have the time and capacity to support everyone attending. If demand runs past that, we open another cohort on a different day and time rather than letting the rooms grow.
March onward

Momentum Coaching, if you want to keep going

You finish the Playbook in February. Momentum Coaching is the next step for people who want a group working their plan with them — and it opens to you at the founding rate because you completed the season.

Momentum Group — $197 / monthFounding rate, $227 regular. Twice-monthly group coaching, Weeks 1 and 3, March through May.
Momentum Group + Private — $297 / monthFounding rate, $327 regular. Everything above, plus one private coaching session each month with your matched coach.

Month to month. Continue as long as it is useful, stop when it is not.

Want private sessions alongside the season?

Some people want one-to-one time on top of the workshops — to work something specific, or simply to go faster. You can add private sessions at any point in the season, in three sizes.

One sessionA single 90-minute private session with a coach matched to you. [ price ]
Three sessionsEnough to work one thing properly — build it, try it, adjust it. [ price ]
Five sessionsA full package across the season, for something you want real traction on. [ price ]

Start with a complimentary Get-Acquainted Session and decide from there. No pressure to enroll.

Honestly

Who this is for, and who it is not

This is built for you if

  • You were diagnosed six months ago, or twenty years ago and something recently made you ready
  • You already know a fair amount about ADHD and it has not changed much about your week
  • You start well and lose it around week three
  • You would rather be in a room with people who get it than read another book alone
  • You want a system that fits your brain instead of one borrowed from someone else's

Give this a miss if

  • You are looking for a diagnosis or for medical treatment — this is coaching, not clinical care
  • You are in crisis right now and need therapeutic support first. We will happily point you somewhere better
  • You want someone to hand you a finished system rather than build your own
  • You cannot make roughly two sessions a month, even with the recordings
Your coaches

You will not be taught by one person

Each workshop is led by the coach whose specialty it is. Over a season you meet several of them doing their actual work — so if you go on to coaching, you already know who fits you.

Questions

The things people ask before they join

What if I miss a workshop?
You watch the recording, and you bring your questions to the Support Lab that follows. The labs exist partly for this. Missing a live session does not put you behind — the season is designed around the assumption that life happens.
Do I have to take them in order?
The season is designed to help you create a proven pathway for lasting change. But we realize that everyone’s needs can differ. With the Half Season or Single Workshop options you have the freedom and flexibility to choose what makes the most sense for you.
How big are the rooms?
Season One is capped at 12–18 individuals, to make sure we have the time and capacity to support those attending. If needed we will open another cohort on a different day and time to keep the rooms small.
Is this group coaching?
Not quite. This is a hybrid of teaching, group support and group coaching throughout the season. After the season ends you are eligible to join the Momentum Coaching Group, which meets month to month to continue your support.
What if I need additional coaching support during the season?
Our group is equipped with the ability to make that happen. At any time you can schedule a complimentary Get-Acquainted Session with one of our coaches and explore the option of a limited number of sessions, or a formal coaching package, to support you in the journey.
Who is teaching?
Our coaching team. There will always be two coaches present for the workshops and the support labs.
What if it is not right for me?
We understand there may be questions. If you need answers fast, email LiveWell@ADHDCoach.life and we will find a way to connect and answer them. Or book a Get-Acquainted Session with Coach Robin or Coach Kat — it is complimentary. We are happy to explore, without any pressure to enroll, and give you honest answers and feedback.
One more thing

A season is easier to finish than a resolution.

Eight dates already on a calendar, a room that expects you, and a Playbook that gets one section longer every month. That is the whole idea.
